Basic Package vs. Premium Package

Service Description BASIC PACKAGE PREMIUM PACKAGE

Account Management

Allowing you to inquire on your account balances and activities.

Cheque Management

Enable you to check your cheque status real time

Information Management

Display information on foreign exchanges, rates and treasury

Trade Inquiry

Applicable for customers who had trade facilities with the bank. Enable you to check your trade account balances and activities.

Credit Card Merchant report

Applicable for customers who are the Bank’s credit card merchants. Receive, print and download the merchant summary report and terminal activities online on the next day (after you had performed settlement at the terminal).

Fund Transfer (own account & 3 rd Party)

Allowing you to perform fund transfer from your own group of account and to 3 rd party accounts within the Bank.

IBG (Inter-Bank Transfer)

Allowing you to perform fund transfer to account maintain with IBG (Giro) member banks.

Rentas (Inter-Bank Transfer)

Allowing you to perform fund transfer to account maintain with Rentas member banks.

Remittance Foreign TT

Allowing you to submit application for Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to foreign countries online. You will enjoy special counter rate on each of your TT application.

Payment Advice Notification

Allowing you to submit details and notification to your beneficiaries whenever you perform fund transfer, IBG, Rentas and TT.

Bills Payment

Allowing you to pay company’s bills online.

Stop Cheque online

Allowing you to perform stop cheque online real time (use when you lost your cheque or the cheques got stolen)

Online Cheque Book request

Allowing you to submit request for additional or new cheque book online.

Bulk Payment

Allowing you to submit multiple payments in a file if your volume of payment is high. Example, payment for your various suppliers or creditors.

Trade Application

Applicable for customers who have trade facilities with the bank. Allowing you to submit application for trade facilities (e.g. Letter of credit, bank guarantees, etc) online.

Procedures to modify account(s) accessibility

Please ensure that your company has sent a request letter of:

linking account (if own account)
or
Board of Resolution to linking account(s) (if subsidiary account)

to Reflex Registration before performing the following steps.

At the Reflex Cash Management SignOn page, Sign on as sysadmin1.

STEP 1: Please key in your:
a. corporate id
b. Sign on ID = sysadmin1
c. Token Pass code
STEP 2: On the left menu, please click:
Account maintenance then
Account accessibility then
View/Modify
Tick all the account in the check box and click:
Submit
STEP 3: Sign out

At the Reflex Cash Management SignOn page, Sign on as sysadmin2.

STEP 1: Please key in your:
a. corporate id
b. Sign on ID = sysadmin2
c. Token Pass code
STEP 2: On the left menu, please click:
Account maintenance then
Account accessibility then
Transaction authorization
Tick in the check box and click:
Approve
STEP 3: Using Sysadmin2 token, please enter number 2 when the token prompt APPL
STEP 4: Key in the 5 digit challenge code which is shown on your PC’s screen into your sysadmin2 token
STEP 5: 8 digit number will be shown in the token. Key in the 8 digit number in the token column/field that is displayed in your PC’s screen
STEP 6: Click:
Approve
STEP 7: Sign out

End user will only be able to view the new linking account(s) after you perform the steps above.

Procedures to Unblock Users

1) Login as sysadmin1:

On the top menu, please click:
Administrative -----> User maintenance -----> User -----> View/Modify
2) Select the search criteria either User ID or User Name.

For example, select User ID and key in the user id which the status has been blocked and click “GO”,
Click on the blue colored User ID. Then
Update -----> Status change to active -----> Submit

Remarks: please update the user information as well (user email address, user mobile number and user NRIC)

Task Approval

3) Login as sysadmin2 to approve the task:
4) Click on “Pending Authorization” to approve the task.
5) Click on “User” and on the user ID to view the changes and approve it.
*Alternatively, after clicking the user, customer may tick the check box and click approve.
6) Using Sysadmin2 token, please enter number 2 when the token prompt APPL. Key in the 5 digit challenge code which is shown on your PC’s screen into your sysadmin2 token. 8 digit numbers will be shown in the token. Key in the 8 digit numbers in the token field that is displayed in your PC’s screen.
