Effective 10 June 2023, RHB’s Secure Plus will replace the SMS One Time Password (OTP) to provide enhanced security and protect your online transactions against fraud. This means you will no longer receive an OTP to authorize your banking transactions.
Download the RHB Mobile Banking App today and register for RHB Secure Plus to authorise your transactions in a safer and quicker way.
Here's how you can set up Secure Plus

Log in to the RHB Mobile Banking App and tap on Settings at the top left.
Tap on Security, followed by Secure Plus.

Read the Terms and Conditions, tick the box and tap to authorise the registration.
Wait for your OTP and enter it accordingly.
STEP 5
It’s confirmed! Secure Plus is now registered on your device.
