Your Token will be locked after 3 invalid PIN attempts.
Follow the steps below to unlock your Token:

Follow the steps below to unlock your Token:

1.Your Token LCD will display “LOCK PIN FAIL 3” after 3 invalid PIN entry attempts.

2.Press the button on your Token to get the 7-Digit Lock PIN Number.

3.Contact our Customer Care Centre for an Unlock Code to unlock your Token. You may proceed to unlock the Token upon receiving an SMS from RHB Bank containing the Unlock Code.

4.Press and hold the on your Token to turn on the Token. You will see a 7-Digit Lock PIN Number.

5.Press the button again. A field of 8 spaces will appear on the Token LCD. Enter the Unlock Code provided in the SMS and press to confirm the input.

6.Upon successful validation of the Unlock Code, the Token LCD will display the words “NEW PIN”. Do enter a new 8-digit number as your Token’s PIN number and press the to confirm the input.

7.The Token will request re-confirmation of the new PIN. Re-enter the new PIN when Token LCD displays the words “PIN CONF” and press to confirm the input.

8.Once the new PIN has been accepted successfully, the Token LCD will display “rHb” and you can proceed to access RHB Reflex.
