1. | Please do not use virus infected PC. |
2. | Use a different PC with the observation of the correct RHB processes where valid pages will display after login (refer to the Security features). |
3. | For authorizer, please verify every single transaction before proceeding with the approval submission. There should not be any challenge code requested for other action aside from Data Entry submission and Approver to approve the transaction. |
4. | The best is to install the PC with anti-virus (McAfee, Trend Micro, Symantec) which has the latest patch update. |
5. | RHB never request for both Data Entry and Authorizer’s username & password on the same page. And the challenge response code will only be requested upon submission (Data Entry Level) and approval of the transaction (Approval Level) |
6. | Please do not respond to any email with a link |
7. | Report to the bank immediately for any suspicious email or transaction |
