Do I need upload a test file for SOCSO verification?

You are required to upload a test file for the verification prior to an actual payment file. After that, you can proceed to upload the actual payment file upon receiving a notification from SOCSO in two weeks' time.

If you do not receive the notification, please check the status at Reflex SOCSO upload screen - SOCSO Employer number should be stated as (LIVE) instead of (TEST).
