DuitNow

DuitNow Transfer lets you send money instantly to your recipient's Duitnow ID or Account Number.

A DuitNow ID can be any of the following:

 

  1. Mobile Number
  2. NRIC Number
  3. Passport Number (for non-Malaysian citizens)
  4. Business Registration Number (for businesses registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia)

 

You may register one or more DuitNow IDs by linking them to your RHB Current Account/Savings Account. Only one ID can be linked to one account.

  1. Choose 'Settings' > 'Account' > 'DuitNow'.
  2. Register by selecting your DuitNow ID.
  3. Link your chosen account, review and then submit.

To send money via DuitNow Transfer:

 

  1. Choose 'DuitNow' after logging in.
  2. Select the type of DuitNow ID.
  3. Enter the recipient's DuitNow ID and transfer details.
  4. Review transfer details and submit.

 

To receive money via DuitNow Transfer:

 

  1. Register your DuitNow ID (Mobile Number/IC Number/Passport Number/Business Registration Number) and link it to your
  2. RHB Current Account/Savings Account.
  3. Share your DuitNow ID to the sender.

The maximum combined transfer limit for Third-party RHB Transfer, Instant Transfer, Interbank Giro (IBG), DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow QR and FPX is MYR 50,000.00 per day.

You can manage and change your transfer limit via 'Settings' > 'Account' > 'Payment Limit'.
No, there are no fee/charges.
If you close your account that's linked to your DuitNow ID, you can’t receive any fund transfers with the DuitNow ID.
The transfer is instant and will be reflected in the recipient's account immediately.
You can do this by checking the DuitNow ID before you transfer and verify the recipient's name before confirming the transaction.
Log in to RHB Online Banking or RHB Mobile Banking to verify the recipient details in Transaction History.
