eIPO
RHB eIPO is an online share application service that allows you to subscribe to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). This service provides a list of available IPOs, enabling you to subscribe for the ones that best meet your investment needs. Additionally, you can view the prospectus for each IPO to make an informed decision.
You must be a Malaysian citizen over 18 and must have a CDS account registered in your name (nominees accounts aren't allowed) opened with any licensed securities firm.
eIPO service will be available on RHB Online Banking and any RHB ATM machines nationwide.
No, the applicant must be a Malaysian citizen residing in Malaysia.
You can subscribe for the eIPO using your RHB Savings or Current Account.
There will be a service fee of MYR 2.50 for each subscription.

To subscribe, please follow the steps below.

 

  1. Select ""Invest"" in RHB Online Banking Dashboard menu
  2. Choose Initial Public Offering
  3. Choose the desired IPO and Select eIPO from the list shown in the New tab. You won't be able to subscribe for eIPO if it has passed the closing date
  4. Select Savings or Current Account for payment
  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions
  6. Choose Next to review the payment information
  7. Choose Submit to complete the transaction

 

You can check the status of your eIPO subscription by choosing Submitted and selecting View Details.
No, you can only subscribe to an IPO once with your name and NRIC number.
All active IPOs will be displayed in the Initial public offering screen with the opening date and closing time.
You can view prospectus from Bursa Malaysia official website or select View Prospectus on the "Initial Public Offering" screen which will direct you to Bursa Malaysia official website.
If your refund request is successful, RHB will refund the subscribed amount (excluding the service tax) to your chosen RHB Savings or Current Account.
Unfortunately, you can't amend the eIPO subscription after submission. However, you can still cancel your subscription and subscribe again.

To cancel, please follow the steps below.

 

  1. View Submitted tab to view the list of subscribed eIPO
  2. Choose the subscription that you wish to cancel from tab
  3. Confirm the details of your eIPO subscription

Note: You can only cancel your subscription while the eIPOs are still in the offering period. Cancellation is not allowed after the eIPO is closed.

No, however the service fee of MYR 2.50 is non-refundable.
Yes, you can subscribe for the same eIPO after cancelling.
