Financial Process Exchange (FPX) is an online payment system that lets you instantly pay your online shopping or bills for selected merchants via your RHB Savings Account/Current Account or Credit Cards.

To pay via FPX from the merchant's site, follow these steps:

Choose the FPX logo.
Select RHB Bank to be directed to RHB Online Banking login page.
Enter your login details.
Select account, review the payment details and pay.

No charges are imposed by the Bank. However, there may be charges by the merchants.

The minimum limit is MYR 1 per transaction while the maximum limit is capped at MYR 50,000 per transaction daily.

You may set your own daily limit on RHB Mobile and Online Banking via 'Settings' > 'Accounts' > 'Payment Limits'.

No, you can't because the payment is instant. However, you may request for cancelation from the merchants, this is subjected to their policy.

It is available 24 hours daily, 7 days a week.

Yes, it is highly secure due to its authentication and certification process made to keep your payments safe.

The service is facilitated by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (PayNet), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank Negara Malaysia.

The amount you paid will usually be refunded to your source account.

FPX payment status is final and merchants must fulfil their obligations.

To solidify your claim for the transaction, in the event of a dispute, please provide the merchant with the online receipt showing these details:
- Date and Time of Payment
- FPX Transaction ID
- Merchant Order Number
- Payment Amount
