Activating And Changing The Temporary Token PIN Number

Upon successful user registration in RHB Reflex, you will receive:

Welcome E-mail
An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided during user registration. The welcome e-mail contains information for your RHB Reflex login:
i) Corporate ID
ii) Token Serial Number
iii) UserID

Physical Token
You are required to activate the Token at the RHB Reflex portal and change the temporary Token PIN number on the Token to a new PIN before you are able to access RHB Reflex.

Upon successful user registration in RHB Reflex, you will receive:

An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided during user registration. The welcome e-mail contains information for your RHB Reflex login:

Validate the Token Serial Number displayed at the back of your Token with the Token number in the e-mail from RHB Bank. They should match.
2.

Type the URL http://www.rhbgroup.com at the web browser.
3.

Click on “Login”.
4.

Click on “RHB Reflex”.
5.

RHB Reflex login page will now appear, please click on “Login” under I am a first-time user.
6.

Input the following information on the “First Time Login” page:
i) Reflex Corporate ID (refers to the “Corp ID” in welcome e-mail).
ii) User ID (refers to the “User” in welcome e-mail).
iii) Click “Next”
7.

Enter the Token Serial Number and click “Submit”.
8.

Upon successful validation of information provided, a pop-up message screen will appear to inform that the Activation Code has been sent to your registered mobile phone number via the short messaging system (SMS).
9.

You may proceed with the activation upon receiving the SMS from RHB Bank containing the Activation Code.
10.

Press and hold the on your Token to turn on the Token.
11.

Once Token is turned on, the word “PIN” appears on the Token LCD. Do enter the 8-Digit Token Activation Code provided in the SMS and press the to confirm the input.
12.

Upon successful validation of the Activation Code, the Token LCD panel will display the words “NEW PIN”. Do enter the new 8-digit number as your Token’s PIN number and press the to confirm the input.
13.

The Token will request re-confirmation of the new PIN. Do re-enter the new PIN when Token LCD displays the word “PIN CONF” and press the to confirm the input.
14.

Token LCD panel will display “APPLI/rHb” once the new PIN has been accepted successfully.
15.

Once you activate and change the temporary Token PIN number to a new Token PIN number, you are able to access RHB Reflex.
