Eligibility Requirements

Business entities including private limited companies, sole proprietors or partnerships. Initial deposit for sole proprietorships is only RM1,000 and only RM3,000 for businesses and companies.

  • Customer to complete Account Opening Form
  • Board Resolution to open Current Account with RHB Bank sample
  • *FORM 9 - Certificate of Incorporation of Private Company
  • *FORM 24 - Return of Allotment of Shares
  • *FORM 44 - Notice of Situation of Registered Office and of Office Hours and Particulars of Changes
  • *FORM 49 - Return Giving Particulars in Register of Directors, Managers and Secretaries and Changes of Particulars
  • *M & A - Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • *FORM 9, 24, 44, 49 and M&A are to be certified by Company Secretary.
  • Photocopy MyKad of each Directors & Authorized Signatories
  • Complete Introducer(s) Declaration in the Account Opening Form (company stamp required if introducer is company)

Sole Proprietor

  • Customer to complete Account Opening Form
  • Original Borang A - Business Registration Form
  • Original Borang D – Certificate of Incorporation for Enterprise/Sole-Proprietorship
  • Photocopy MyKad of Sole Proprietor
  • Complete Introducer(s) Declaration in the Account Opening Form (company stamp required if introducer is company)

Partnerships

  • Customer to complete Account Opening Form
  • Original Borang A - Business Registration Form
  • Original Borang D – Certificate of Incorporation for Enterprise/Sole-Proprietorship
  • Partnership Agreement/Mandate to open Current Account with RHB Bank
  • Photocopy MyKad of Each Partners & Authorized Signatories
  • Complete Introducer(s) Declaration in the Account Opening Form (company stamp required if introducer is company)
