Premium Saver on Houseowner (Building)
Covers your residential building against damage on Agreed Value by using Building Cost Calculator (BCC).
Waiver of Average Clauses
Covers your home contents with waiver of Average Clause of contents (If you choose for First Loss cover).
No Per Article Limit to Your Home Content
Upgrade to benefits such as coverage for riot, strike & malicious damage, subsidence & landslip, full theft and occupancy of residence at an additional premium.
Inconvenience Cash Allowance
Payable up to RM1,000 if your property is damaged by fire or domestic explosion.
Windstorm Damage Coverage for Outdoor Fixtures and Fittings

Contents Temporarily Removed	15% of the Total Sum Insured on Contents.
Breakage to Mirrors	Up to RM500 per piece any one incident.
Compensation for Death of the Insured Person	Up to the sum being RM10,000 or one-half of the Total Sum Insured on Contents, whichever is lesser provided that death ensues within three (3) calendar months of the injury
Servants Property	Reimburses the actual loss up to the Total Sum Insured on Contents
Rent Insurance	Up to 10% of the Total Sum Insured of the Building and/or Contents.
Liability to Public	Up to RM50,000

Home Content Insurance

1. Protect your possessions

If your home has been exposed to a break-in, fire, explosion or a natural disaster, we will cover the loss or damage to the contents of your home, from your most valuable jewellery to the food in your fridge.

2. Insure your cash

We provide coverage for the cash you keep at home against theft and other man-made or natural tragedies as well as any loss of cash from an ATM withdrawal made by burglars.

3. Flexible coverage

The amount of coverage is determined by you based on the value of your home contents.

4. Coverage for your guests’ and servants’ properties

We will even cover any losses or damage to your guests’ or servants’ personal effects if your home has been affected by any of the Insured Perils.

5. 24-hours worldwide personal accident protection

Your family will be compensated with a lump sum payment in the event of your death arising from, or caused by, an accident.

Coverage for metal smoke stacks, awnings, blinds, signs and other outdoor fixtures or fittings including gates and fences due to windstorm damage. Cover against water damage such as bursting or overflowing of domestic water tanks or pipe
Emergency Home Assistance
In the case of emergency, we offer assistance on the repair work for plumbing and electrical dysfunction, locksmith and pest control services.
Domestic Help Allowance
We will cover your expenses in engaging domestic helper for cleaning services that was incurred within fourteen (14) days after the completion of the repair works as a result if an Insured Event
