Credit card fraud happens in several different ways.
Commonly with your card information being compromised in a data breach or your physical card being stolen.
If you suspect that you are a victim of a scam, please call RHB Customer Contact Centre at 03-9206-8118 or email to customer.service@rhbgroup.com immediately.
No, the card will be permanently blocked.
Your new replacement card will be delivered to your registered address on record, tentatively within 7-8 working days of the dispute being filed.
For cases determined as fraudulent, should there be a need for investigations to extend beyond 14 days; Provisional credit will be provided to the customer.
  • ALWAYS CHECK your monthly account statement and immediately report any transactions that you have not performed.
  • NEVER DISCLOSE your card number over the phone or online unless you are dealing with a company that you trust.
  • Keep your card with you or at a safe place known only to you, at all times.
