DO NOT DIVULGE your personal banking details e.g. Account no. or debit/credit card no. to 3rd party
NEVER SHARE your OTP/TAC number to 3rd party
DO NOT CLICK on any links or open any attachments from “Unknown” sources
ONLY download an APP from trusted/recognised sources (e.g. Google or Apple stores)

If you suspect that you are a victim of a scam, please call RHB Customer Contact Centre at 03-9206-8118 or email to customer.service@rhbgroup.com immediately. Alternatively, you may call National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) at 977 (8am – 8pm daily).
There is a high probability you had clicked on a “suspicious link” and/or had “downloaded a fake app” onto your phone. This has allowed the embedded malware to hijack your SMS messages (including authentication OTP and post transaction notifications) that were sent by the bank to you.
