Yes, you can perform your usual banking transactions and activities, such as checking balance, transferring funds to recipients and paying bills. 

Your increased limit won't be active yet and you only can perform transactions with your previous limit until the cooling-off period is served.

Your decrease limit will be reflected immediately and you won't be able to make transactions exceeding your decreased limit. 

No, you'll have to wait until the current cooling-off period ends before making any new changes.

Yes, you'll need to serve the 12 hours cooling-off period on RHB Mobile and Online Banking when you increase your transaction limit.

Your increased transaction limit will be active and you can perform transactions within your increased limit. Additionally, you'll receive a notification via SMS confirming your transaction limit update. 

Yes, currently the transaction limit updates via the Fund Transfer feature needs to serve a 12-hour cooling-off period effective September 2024. However, the remaining features, such as Bill Payment, Top-Up, Investment and Overseas Transfer will take effect by Q4 2024.
