Before registration, ensure that:

i. You've an RHB Debit Card, Credit Card, Prepaid Card, or Loan Account

Visit your nearest RHB branch to update your mobile number before registration.

RHB Mobile Banking offers the following security features to keep your account safe:

1. Your mobile device is connected to your RHB online account details (i.e. specific username and password).
   
2. Banking services access is protected by a secured login procedure via Secure Word to ensure it's your online account that you're logging into.
   
3. Challenge Questions to authenticate transactions deemed high risk.
   
4. Only one login session allowed per RHB access (e.g. specific username and password). If the same RHB login details are used to log in from another device (which is unauthorised device), then the user will be blocked from logging in.
   
5. RHB Secure Plus is activated via RHB ATMs for increased security as you'll be the only one who can access the RHB ATM.
   
6. Once activated, users can use RHB Secure Plus to authorise transactions on the RHB Mobile Banking App.
   
7. Cooling-off period in place to safeguard and protect your account from unauthorised changes and fraudulent activities.
